** Description changed:

  Per cjwatson via IRC chat, I should request a backport for Ubuntu-{P,Q,R,S}
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1243245

This is the Debian Source package:
  http://packages.debian.org/source/jessie/libaria

It contains five install-able packages that I'd like to have backported:
  http://packages.debian.org/jessie/libaria2
  http://packages.debian.org/jessie/libaria-dev
  http://packages.debian.org/jessie/libaria-dev-doc
  http://packages.debian.org/python-ariapy

-
I have built the package locally and it works fine on 13.04, but cjwatson has mentioned that the Ubuntu patch is still required.
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/trusty/libaria/trusty/revision/5
-

The reason for so many Ubuntu versions in the backport request is that
this package is a system dependency of a ROS (Robot Operating System)
application that I maintain and we support all of these versions of
Ubuntu in the current release (Hydro). [1]

+
+ I have built the trusty source deb on each target distro via the backportpackage script witout issue:
+ backportpackage -b -s trusty -d WXYZ -w . libaria
