Please backport freeciv 2.3.2-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
2.3.2 brings improved AI interaction, better documentation, and a slew of bug fixes.  Ubuntu ships freeciv 2.3.2-1 in quantal, raring, and (currently) saucy.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d precise task
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal task

[X] Package builds without modification
[X] freeciv installs cleanly and runs

Tested locally using package built via pbuilder.  I only played a few
turns to verify basic functionality.

No reverse dependencies
