Please backport apt-mirror 0.4.9-1 (universe) from raring to quantal.

Reason for the backport:

Fix quite a number of bugs as well as add https support and support armhf, kfreebsd-* and s390x arch

Testing:

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
