More info: LIbreOffice 4.0 installed by ppa;  ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-4-0 in 12.04.2 LTS. 
This ppa does not have the Norwegian translation file libreoffice-l10n-nb

Cannot install this language file from terminal or gnome-language-
settings, because this force-removes libreoffice 4.0 totally.

Package exists for raring: http://packages.ubuntu.com/raring
/libreoffice-l10n-nb.

Pls backport this to 12.04 LTS
