Public bug reported:

Please backport coffeescript 1.4.0-1 (universe) from raring to quantal.

Reason for the backport:
========================

The current version in Quantal does not work with newer Node.JS versions from PPA ("path.existsSync is now called `fs.existsSync`.")
and Quantal has the same version of NodeJS as Raring, so it should work with that version too.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal coffeescript

[?] Package builds without modification (when I try with a newer nodejs, I get: "Error: Cannot find module 'uglify-js'")
[X] coffeescript-doc installs cleanly and runs (without modifications from Raring)

[X] libjs-coffeescript installs cleanly and runs (without modifications from Raring)

Reverse dependencies:

For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new coffeescript. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new coffeescript installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.
