[Bug 1140761] [NEW] Please backport samba4 packages from raring

Public bug reported:

The version available in precise is 4.0.0~alpha18 which is old and
buggy.

A backport would provide an alternative to the many users needing a more
recent version (see for instance
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2094243 ).
