Please backport reprof 1.0.1-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
reprof helps in protein property calculation and with this in bioinformatics.It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
