Please backport genometools 1.4.2-4 (universe) from raring to precise,
quantal.

Reason for the backport:

genometools is a software that fits in the needs for modern Genomics and with this bioinformatics. It should be available on Ubuntu 12.04 for stability reasons which are needed for scientific inverstigations.
