[Bug 1111698] [NEW] beecrypt library miss C++ bindings compilation

Public bug reported:
The Beecrypt library in lates ubuntu releases just provides the C functionality of the library.
The C++ and Python bindings are official and present in same package, and his removal are made deliberated in the control files.
It should be enabled as a default in package
