[Bug 1173817] [NEW] [SRU] Please backport ttytter 2.1.0-1 (multiverse) from raring

[Impact]

 * No versions of the package prior to 2.1.0 can access Twitter as of
March 2013 due to the implementation of Twitter API 1.1

[Test Case]

 * Attempt to access Twitter using version packaged in Precise or
Quantal.  Attempt will fail.

[Regression Potential]

 * The package version bump may adversely impact use of Identica and
other StatusNet sites.  Upstream noted that as of this version the
package no longer supports those Twitter-alike sites.

[Other Info]
 
 * The API change required a major re-write which means that grafting the API support onto earlier versions would not be supported by upstream and would create a severely unsupported fork
