[Bug 1171357] [NEW] Backport libpam0 from raring to precise to restore lost audit support in PAM

audit support in libpam is disabled for the latest ubuntu LTS release :
precise.

It as been reported as a bug here :
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pam/+bug/937005

libpam (1.1.3-8) fix this problem and is available in raring.


Please backport PAM audit support for precise.
