tex-common is core compornent to build TeXLive packages.
Therefore, it seems that following packages are need
to backport at same time.

I made test repository for amd64.
http://kvps-27-34-161-33.secure.ne.jp/tl2012/README.txt

It was tested with above repository:
- Can install texlive-full package on clean 12.04.1.
- Can upgrade above system to quantal.

This is very big transition.
I'm not sure that many depends packages can backportable,
I would appreciate it if you could give me advice.
