Please backport isc-dhcp 4.2.4-1ubuntu10.1 (main) from quantal-updates
to precise.

Reason for the backport:
========================
ISC DHCPD V4.2 (and later) contains the configuration directive "auto-partner-down" which is required to build an unattended redundancy solution with dhcpd. Without this function IP-Pool need to be >2x the requried size.
12.04 LTS is the aproriate choise for a production environment, although dhcpd < 4.2 might force users into upgrading HA systems to non-LTS releases.
