[Bug 1080950] [NEW] Please backport ocl-icd-libopencl1 to precise

Public bug reported:

OpenCL ICDs are not included in the install for Precise. This is
somewhat troublesome since developers can Install the OpenCL Headers (
by installing opencl-headers ) but are unable to link against anything
due to the fact that there are no libraries to satisfy the libOpenCL.so
linking requirement.


As for programs which currently exist that can use this, It's the OpenCL portion of the piglit test suite...
