Please backport openlp 1.9.10-1 (universe) from quantal to precise.

Reason for the backport:

OpenLP 1.9.10 is the first Release Candidate of the upcoming version 2 of OpenLP, and I'd like to update the existing 1.9.9 to this new version.

Testing:
========

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s quantal -d precise openlp
