Scott, please refer to the prior backport of ZNC 0.202-1 which I
requested some time ago, in Bug #887758, and historical build logs
(which may or may not still exist) of my backporting attempts within
PPAs.
Evan Broder is aware of these required changes, he and I communicated
via #ubuntu-motu when i tried to backport the package from Precise after
the initial syncs from sid that were done automatically. The
debian/control file from Debian has the following build deps, which
conflict with each other in Ubuntu: `swig` `swig2.0`. In Ubuntu, those
two conflict, preventing builds from working. Broder was one of those
who confirmed the required changes, and uploaded the backports to
oneiric-backports and natty-backports.
As per your request for debdiff(s)... I do not have any here in front of me, nor do I have the capability to generate them at this time due to a cascade systems corruption which has effectively disabled my packaging capabilities.
