[Bug 989801] [NEW] please backport wesnoth-1.10 from precise

Please allow the stable update of wesnoth-1.10 that did flow into
precise to also flow into lucid-backports, natty-backports and oneiric-
backports. The diff from the former upload didn't change in anything but
just an additional changelog entry, I'll attach the patches anyway.
