[Bug 860506] Re: Backport native package syncing to ubuntu-dev-tools

I would quite like to see this in Natty, and I'm pretty comfortable with
backporting this specific feature. I'd like the input of another
backporter though, and to see some testing of requestsync and
syncpackage in various contortions.
