[Bug 849854] [NEW] Backport guvcview 1.4.1 from Maverick/Natty or 1.4.5 from Oneiric

Please backport guvcview  (nice GUI for capturing and viewing video from
webcams) 1.4.1 from Maverick/Natty or 1.4.5 from Oneiric - there are
lots of usefull improvements and bugfixes, see
