[Bug 880888] [NEW] clamav-unofficial-sigs doesn't test db's correctly

The clamav-unofficial-sigs package includes a script for downloading
unofficial clamav databases.  The latest package version available for
10.04 is 3.6-1 which doesn't properly check the integrity of the
databases.
