According to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=643938, it
would seem that bognor-regis would need to be rebuilt against the new
tracker to use it.  However, since the old version is there and it
should be parallel installable, this should in theory be fine.  Also,
bognor-regis is part of meego, so the likelihood of anyone using it on
Ubuntu is very slim and the popcon numbers are very low and support this
theory.  So, build/install/run the new tracker and we're good.
