[Bug 710296] Re: Please backport gnucash 1:2.4.0-4 from natty

It looks like natty released with gnucash version 1:2.4.2-1ubuntu1, not
1:2.4.0-4. I'm going to assume this is still acceptable, and update the
bug appropriately.

Before we can approve the backport, we need some basic verification that
we can expect the backport to work. I've uploaded a test backport to my
PPA (https://launchpad.net/~broder/+archive/backports-tests). Please
verify that the package builds successfully, that you can install the
resulting packages, and that you can run gnucash after installing it.

gnucash has a handful of reverse-dependencies, but the only one that
seems interesting is gnucash-docs. Do we need to backport the newer
version of gnucash-docs in parallel with gnucash?

Feel free to change the bug's status to "Confirmed" once you've finished
verifying the test builds.

** Summary changed:

- Please backport gnucash 1:2.4.0-4 from natty
+ Please backport gnucash 1:2.4.2-1ubuntu1 from natty to maverick

** Changed in: maverick-backports
       Status: New => Incomplete
