[Bug 784666] [NEW] Please backport sphinx 1.0.1-1 from natty to lucid-backports

Please backport sphinx 1.0.1-1 from natty to lucid-backports.

Primary motivation for backport: Allow Bazaar's documentation to require
Sphinx 1.0 as a minimum, to take advantage of newer Sphinx language
features.

Build check: Checked builds OK with no source changes in a lucid
pbuilder chroot.

Functionality check: Using the above built packages, in the chroot,
executed bzr's "make docs-sphinx". The resultant documentation build is
successful, and no oddities were spotted whilst browsing through it at
random.
