[Bug 784617] [NEW] Please Backport Openssh-Client

Public bug reported:

We are using 10.4LTS in production and part of our new security is to
sign the ssh keys with a certificate, It's available as an option in
openssh-client_5.8p1-1ubuntu3_i386 but not in openssh-
client_5.3p1-3ubuntu3_i386.

Specifically it's the ssh-keygen -s option.
