[Bug 780029] Re: jags too old on lucid

No reverse-depends.

I'm going to massage the bug a bit to put it in the standard form for backports. In particular:
 - Specifying the exact version of the package (not just of the software) to backport
 - Updating the Ubuntu releases to backport to. In order to verify a smooth upgrade path, we need to backport not just to lucid, but also to maverick.

In order to backport the package, we need verification that it builds,
installs, and runs on the release we are backporting to. I've started
test builds of jags for all target releases in my PPA
(http://launchpad.net/~broder/+archive/backports-tests). Please verify
the builds, and then change the bug status to Confirmed if they work.
