[Bug 779881] [NEW] Please update libdist-zilla-perl

Public bug reported:

Lucid currently has 1.10 but this does not include the GatherDir plugin
which is useful for building modules from CPAN which use this in
dist.ini

dzil release --trial
reading configuration using Dist::Zilla::Config::Finder
couldn't load plugin GatherDir given in config: Can't locate Dist/Zilla/Plugin/GatherDir.pm in @INC ...

Could it be back-ported from Natty?
