[Bug 741751] [NEW] Backport nagios3 (3.2.3-1ubuntu1) from natty

Public bug reported:

The latest version of nagios is in natty. Due to natty is still alpha,
it would be nice to have nagios in maverick-backports to run the latest
version on our maverick based monitoring server.
