[Bug 800223] [NEW] backport of gcc ver 4.6 alternative installer

Public bug reported:

Normally there are only little, incremental changes in gcc   - not worth
your trouble (-;

However, for C++ programmers (no.2 or no.3 community) there is a huge change related to introduction of C++0X
C++0X support in default compiler ver 4.4 is very, very limited (and buggy) - but things have hugely improved with ver 4.5 and 4.6.


Just like older version of gcc are provided for compatibility issues - forward version of gcc (ideally 4.6)
would ease compatibility for programmers adopting to new C++0X standard
