[Bug 806937] [NEW] Please backport q4wine v0.120 from natty (or 121 from Oneiric)

Public bug reported:

The version in Maverick repositories is from April 2010, its rather old
and lacks many important features. Since no other packages depend on it,
and it only replaces itself, impact on system is minimal to zero.

Also, the official package maintainer in Ubuntu (Thenick,
http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/q4wine), has already built and
released backports of lastest stable (and unstable) versions to lucid,
maverick and natty in his PPA
(http://launchpad.net/~tehnick/+archive/tehnick)

What would be the requirements for it to be included in
officialbackports repository?
