Downloaded and installed packages from Maverick.  Dependencies were
internal to the Squid packaging.   Package is working find including
supporting IPv6 proxying.  The apt-show-versions report seems to
indicate that they have the same content.

Added repository but can't access PGP key DEB692A9AAC7706F is
unavailable to verify the key.  I am still trying to enable the
repository.
