[Bug 708757] [NEW] Please backport libpipeline (1.1.0-1) from natty to lucid, maverick

Public bug reported:

libpipeline finally gives developers a safe and hassle-free way to run
and interact with external programs in C.

I've done a test backport in my PPA
(https://launchpad.net/~broder/+archive/backports-tests). libpipeline
includes a build-time test suite, which passed on both arches of both
releases. I also installed the packages and built/ran a small test
program.

Because this is a new package, there are no rdepends or rev-build-deps
