Please backport ruby-rack 1.3.1-1 (universe) from precise to oneiric.

Reason for the backport:

Package transitional packages from librack-ruby is not present in
oneiric and causes unmetdep problems, such bug LP: #843734

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
