[Bug 631500] [NEW] Please backport ibus-pinyin (1.3.10-1) to lucid-backports

Please backport ibus-pinyin (1.3.10-1) to lucid-backports, 1.3.10-1 is
now in Maverick, and in Lucid the version is 1.2.99.20091211-1ubuntu1.
Before doing the actually backporting, please make sure Bug #631493 and
Bug #631497 are satisfied because they are the essential dependency.

Test builds on Lucid are here, I changed the version to 1.3.10-1lucid1 but the content is just copied from 1.3.10-1 without any changes:
