[Bug 656073] [NEW] Request to update python-statgrab to released version

Hello,

Both libstatgrab [1] / pystatgrab[2] in Ubuntu 10.04 are bit old !

I see the crash as mentioned in [2] release notes. The release note was
added by July 2007, also the package in Ubuntu is more than 5 years old
;-) as the release of pystatgrab 0.4 (packaged in Ubuntu) is July 2005.

These 2 packages are required for CPU / Memory monitoring in LDTPv2 [3].
