[Bug 549313] [NEW] Backport Quagga Request

Public bug reported:

Hardy version has a bug that won't advertise ipv6 routes.
This was fixed in a later quagga version, can't remember the exact one.

I do know that it's fixed and works fine in karmic (intrepid also I
believe)

If I'm reading the changelog correctly, 0.99.10 fixed it (hardy has
0.99.9)

[bgpd] Fix typo, which prevented advertisement of MP (non-IPv4) prefixes
