[Bug 595794] [NEW] Please Backport Privoxy 3.0.16 (stable).

Public bug reported:

Privoxy is an essentail privacy tool for ubuntu users. The newest
release supports SOCKS5 Proxys (simple ssh tunnels). the version
available on Hardy only supports socks4. Hope that's enough to merit a
backport.
