[Bug 594608] [NEW] Please backport qtgain from maverick

Public bug reported:

Please backport qtgain, a Qt GUI application to set audio volume gain
tags (i.e. loudness normalization) on ogg, mp3 and flac.

It builds and works like a charm with a straight backport of the
maverick sources.
