[Bug 610590] [NEW] Please backport ppa-purge from Maverick

Please backport ppa-purge, a program that disables a PPA from the Software Sources and reverts the
system back to the official Ubuntu packages.

It builds and works fine on lucid and no source changes are needed.

Build log attached.
