[Bug 504192] [NEW] please backport ocropus from Karmic

I've tried to apt-get build it from the newer sources from karmic in
Hardy, but I failed.

i've added deb-src http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ karmic main
restricted universe multiverse to my sources.list, then ran apt-get
update and then ran apt-get build-dep ocropus which fails with Build-
Depends dependency for ocropus cannot be satisfied because no available
versions of package tesseract-ocr-dev can satisfy version requirements.

dev lists files for karmic and hardy tho
