[Bug 502460] [NEW] backport kipi-plugins 1.0.0-1ubuntu1 to Karmic

Public bug reported:

I would like to request a backport of kipi-plugins 1.0.0-1ubuntu1 from
Lucid to Karmic.

1.0.0 is new upstream release with many fixes and some new
functionality.

The source package from Lucid does not build in Karmic due to KDE 4.4 used in Lucid. I only had to change some build-depends in order to backport:
- build-depend on KDE 4.3 version of libkipi, libkdcraw and libkexiv2

I have prepared a test package in my PPA:
