[Bug 522381] [NEW] Backport for Konversation 1.2.3

Public bug reported:

Contains some nice new features and a lot of bugfixes. The backport
package is currently being used by all Kubuntu 9.10 users that use KDE
4.4 and Konversation (they're in the same PPA), and nobody has reported
any trouble as of yet. Attaching the backported packages momentarily.
