[Bug 691323] [NEW] Please backport rxtx (2pre2-3) from natty to maverick

Public bug reported:

This is tied with bug #666849.  Arduino is a popular open source
hardware platform that released a new hardware version around the same
timthe same time maverick was released. please backport these two bugs
and packages so users can use the new hardware.
