can also vote for that, as i have successful backports of scribus-ng of
this version for a while now: https://launchpad.net/~bojo42/+archive
/graphics-backports

although i would be even greater to have a 1.3.9 backport as upstream
"considers this version to be quite stable and ready for most real-world
use cases". but right now is not even in Debian.
