[Bug 570609] [NEW] Please backport wesnoth-1.8 (1:1.8-3ubuntu1/universe)

Public bug reported:

wesnoth-1.8 is a new stable upstream version and it would be more than
convenient to have it available for karmic users, too. The regular
wesnoth package (1.6 branch) isn't compatible with the new stable
wesnoth branch 1.8 for multiplayers and people start to switch on a
regular basis these days.

>From a quick cowbuilder start it looks like there is no need to change
any of the Build-Depends, so the source can be taken as is from lucid.
