So we have two changes here; bug #485488 is truly a bug fix whereas the
remove underrun handling (LP: #464008, #503174) is more a change of
behavior. As we haven't had any regression reports from #485488 I think
we could try making it an SRU, whereas I'm a little less certain about
the underrun removal (although, we haven't heard any regressions from
that as well, AFAIK).
