Eseri does not have the ability to provide technical help, but can provide modest funding, and would be glad to contribute US$1000 if it would help.  We encourage others to step forward as well.  We don't need any paperwork, just a paypal address or other delivery channel and will send this immediately if a responsible party thinks it will assist.
