[Bug 489922] [NEW] Request for gnoMint X.509 CA management tool in hardy backports

Public bug reported:

gnoMint provides user friendliness for systems (and system
administrators) that make more extensive use of certificates than the
occasional self signed certificate for a web and or mail server. Ubuntu
8.04 LTS does not provide the gnoMint tool. gnoMint is available in
jaunty, karmic and lucid.
