[Bug 377644] [NEW] Please backport qutecom 2.2~rc3.dfsg1-6 from karmic to jaunty

Public bug reported:

In Jaunty, wengophone was removed (superseded by qutecom in Debian), but
qutecom was never actually uploaded until Karmic, leaving Jaunty users
without a clear upgrade path (and with no way to freshly install the
software).

Backporting it will bring qutecom to the Jaunty repositories. Builds
fine in pbuilder. Later it can be moved to -updates if desired.
