[Bug 348727] [NEW] Please backport rubygems 1.3.0~RC1really1.2.0-2ubuntu3 to hardy

Public bug reported:

rubygems1.8 1.3.0~RC1really1.2.0-2ubuntu3 is currently in Intrepid, and
I would like to request that it be backported to Hardy.

I'm requesting this due to wanting to install passenger via gems, which
requires fastthread which requires RubyGems version >= 1.2.
