[Bug 342603] [NEW] please backport qt 4.5

Since qt 4.5 is out for some time, it would be great if you could backport it from jaunty.
I don't know if that's already possible, but I found qt 4.5 in the jaunty package list.

Backporting it would be great since the new 4.5 version features a new
licensing model, which makes qt more attractive to science.
